I think I need to start eating healthier. I eat loads and loads of literal crap. We go to Friday’s almost everyday due to the fact that I have these “Free Dessert” cards from our Broadway Series tickets. So I usually get a virgin strawberry daiquiri – clearly not something you should be having almost everyday. But aside from that I eat all starches and what not. I don’t eat dessert items because I don’t have a big sweet tooth so I don’t have issues with those sorts of food. But I don’t eat much fruit or vegetables and that needs to change. I also need to work on portion control. Any advice on how to change old habits??
